Previously, I had had to unplug my computer and take it some distance to be repaired, which meant a second journey, of course, to pick it up.
They were willing to work with me on a suitable time, and in fact the engineer stayed much longer than he expected when the Kaspersky Antivirus he installed at my request, revealed multiple viruses. He installed necessary software and 'cleaned' and re-organised the whole system so that I now have a computer, which is a pleasure to use.
